This is an informative English translation of the Turkish-language "KVKK Aydınlatma Metni", which constitutes the legally binding version under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish text prevails.
This Notice has been prepared in order to inform data subjects about the personal data processed by MARKALİSTE TEKSTİL GIDA DIŞ TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. ("Markaliste Gıda" or the "Company") through the contact form on our website.

Your personal data is not processed for marketing, advertising or direct-marketing purposes, and is not used for profiling or for producing any automated decision about you.
4. Collection Method and Legal Bases
Your personal data is collected entirely electronically, directly from you, when you fill in and submit the contact form on our website.
Your personal data is processed on the basis of the following legal grounds under Article 5(2) of KVKK, each applied only to the extent relevant to that specific activity:
- Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract: for evaluating your request and progressing a potential distribution/partnership relationship,
- Fulfilment of a legal obligation: for meeting our obligations under applicable law,
- Necessity for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right: for protecting our rights in the event of a potential dispute,
- Necessity for our legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms: for securing the contact form and preventing misuse (spam/bots).
5. Transfer
The message content you submit through the contact form is not stored in our website's database; your message is delivered by email to the corporate address configured in our management panel (info@markaliste.com).
Your personal data may be transferred, only to the extent necessary, to the following recipient categories:
- Our hosting and/or email delivery service providers,
- Our technical support service providers,
- Legally authorised public authorities, upon request.
As of the date this text was prepared, the SMTP email-delivery provider to be used in the live environment has not yet been finalised; no unverified provider or country is named here. This text will be updated once that provider is confirmed.
6. Retention
- The message content submitted through the contact form is not stored in the website's database.
- The hashed IP address kept for form-security purposes is retained for only 10 minutes to prevent misuse, and automatically expires after that period.
- Messages that reach our corporate email address are retained for as long as necessary to conclude your request, subject to any applicable statutory limitation periods. An exact retention period (in years) has not yet been finalised as of the date this text was prepared.
7. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may apply to our Company to exercise the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- To request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK,
- To request that the correction, deletion or destruction described above also be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result against you through the exclusively automated analysis of your processed data,
- To request compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
To exercise these rights, you may submit your request to our Company, together with information and documents verifying your identity, through the following channels:
